About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies within the EdTech sector
• Identify and pursue new institutional, corporate, and individual client opportunities
• Monitor and manage the full sales funnel—from lead generation to onboarding
• Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure team productivity
• Provide training and support to BDEs on product knowledge, sales techniques, and pitching
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training partners, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized learning solutions
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report progress to senior management
• Represent the company at educational events, seminars, and exhibitions
• Stay updated with EdTech trends, competitor activities, and market demands

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to plan and execute local marketing campaigns effectively.
• Allowance will be provided

What We Offer:

• Salary 18,000 - 25,000 + incentives.
• Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement.
