Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 centers & support counselors for admissions.

• Distribute leads among counselors & monitor follow-up.

• Help team to close admissions & achieve monthly targets.

• Handle inquiries, counseling & conversion.

• Conduct seminars / events for lead generation.

• Maintain sales reports & coordinate with marketing.

Skills Required

• Strong communication & team management.

• Target oriented & good negotiation skills.

• Experience in education/ training field preferred.
