Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Relevant Experience: 4 Years in IT Staff Augmentation

Note: No US IT Experience

We are seeking highly motivated sales person to join our IT Service based industry. In this
role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in driving revenue
growth for the on-demand tech staffing division of the company through the sale
of IT staffing, contract resources, contract-to-hire, and staff augmentation
services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with the sales team
to understand the business needs of clients and provide solutions that meet
their requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead generation & outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels to build a qualified sales pipeline

2. Market research: Conduct research on global staffing firms, consulting companies, and enterprise clients to identify business opportunities and decision-makers

3. Crm management: Maintain and update leads and activity logs in the CRM system, ensuring structured tracking and follow-up of all BD efforts 4. Pitch support: Assist in preparing sales decks, proposal drafts, and client communication materials tailored to
different customer segments

5. Collaboration with sales & delivery teams: Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to align outreach efforts with client needs and consultant availability

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage and manage offshore clients for IT services
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Ensure consistent client engagement and satisfaction
· Achieve lead conversion and revenue targets
· Execute IT sales strategies and deliver on KPIs

Requirements:
· Strong background in offshore client engagement
· Proven success in lead generation and sales conversions
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per year
