Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound and inbound sales efforts
  • Identify, qualify, and close B2B SaaS opportunities
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Client Engagement & Solution Selling

  • Understand client pain points and position SaaS solutions accordingly
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ensure smooth handover to onboarding or customer success teams

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Track sales performance metrics and continuously optimize approach

Performance & Incentive Accountability

  • Operate in a performance-linked incentive structure
  • Meet defined KPIs such as:
  • Revenue targets
  • Deal closures
  • Conversion rates
  • Customer acquisition metrics

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on market insights

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B technology sales

Tools & Systems

  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong experience in consultative selling and enterprise/client-focused sales
  • Hands-on experience managing full sales cycle
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
