Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business acquisition through outbound and inbound sales efforts
- Identify, qualify, and close B2B SaaS opportunities
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
- Understand client pain points and position SaaS solutions accordingly
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Ensure smooth handover to onboarding or customer success teams
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Track sales performance metrics and continuously optimize approach
Performance & Incentive Accountability
- Operate in a performance-linked incentive structure
- Meet defined KPIs such as:
- Revenue targets
- Deal closures
- Conversion rates
- Customer acquisition metrics
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Provide feedback to product and leadership teams based on market insights
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B technology sales
Tools & Systems
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Comfortable working with sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience in consultative selling and enterprise/client-focused sales
- Hands-on experience managing full sales cycle
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
