About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying new business opportunities and turning them into long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
