Job Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business plans
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and performance targets

Qualifications

  • MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
