Business Development Manager (eCommerce Sales)

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong experience in eCommerce or courier sales to help expand a growing merchant network.

As part of a courier aggregation and fintech-enabled logistics platform, you will work with eCommerce brands to optimize deliveries, settlements, and cash flow. This role is ideal for someone who understands the eCommerce ecosystem and can build strong relationships with online sellers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard eCommerce brands and online sellers

Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/onboarding targets

Present logistics and financial solutions to potential clients

Coordinate with operations and integration teams for smooth onboarding

Track market trends in eCommerce logistics and courier services

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

Experience in Courier/Logistics Sales OR eCommerce platform sales

Strong network within the eCommerce seller community is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-driven with the ability to meet aggressive sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
