Role Overview:
We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for our recruitment and staffing services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing strong client relationships, and leading efforts to acquire both domestic and international clients. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to long-term business success through strategic partnerships and effective client engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities in domestic and international markets for the permanent hiring service.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to strategize, plan, and achieve the set objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including HR leaders, C-suite executives, founders etc.
- Expand the client base and market presence through strategic networking and partnerships.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard start-ups, mid-sized organizations and corporates in India for our Talent Acquisition Service (permanent hiring).
- Onboard international clients who are setting up remote/offshore teams in India.
- Target key international markets (Middle East, Africa, Singapore, Malaysia)
Sales Leadership:
- Lead the business development strategy and exceed sales targets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive strategies.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services to potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the HR or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process and the staffing industry.
- Effectively comprehend and address client staffing needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Confidence in exceeding sales targets and leading a high-performing team.
- Strong commitment to building lasting partnerships and achieving long-term success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
