Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Strategy
- Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze competitors and define strategies for differentiation.
- Work closely with founders/leadership to align business growth with company goals.
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Pitch solutions, give demos, and close deals.
- Achieve revenue targets and track KPIs.
- Partnerships & Alliances
- Develop relationships with other startups, corporates, and investors.
- Explore distribution, integration, or co-branding opportunities.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements.
- Customer & Account Management
- Nurture relationships with existing clients for upselling/cross-selling.
- Gather feedback to improve the product or service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration & Growth Enablement
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns and lead-gen activities.
- Provide feedback to product/engineering teams based on customer insights.
- Support fundraising by preparing pitch decks, market data, and business cases.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
