Enza Home is an international furniture and home décor brand known for modern design, superior quality, and a premium customer experience. To support our expansion in Islamabad and nearby regions, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to help grow our client base and strengthen B2B and project-based sales.

Job Description

The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth through corporate, project, and institutional sales. This role requires strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, residential projects, hospitality, and institutional sectors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors
  • Generate leads through site visits, referrals, networking, and cold outreach
  • Coordinate with showroom sales and design teams to provide customized furniture solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic presentations for clients
  • Assist in closing deals and ensuring smooth handover to operations and delivery teams
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales pipelines
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Represent Enza Home in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing
  • Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or retail will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Target-driven and self-motivated approach
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
