Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Regular Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Ramzan Timings: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive client acquisition and business growth for our HSE training and consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building corporate relationships, supporting proposal development, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role requires strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market research
  • Identify and approach corporate clients including HR, Admin, Procurement, and Operations departments
  • Schedule meetings and present HSE training and consultancy services to potential clients
  • Support the sales process including preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and agreements
  • Maintain and update lead trackers, sales pipeline, and client database
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Assist management in identifying tender opportunities and expanding corporate business

Requirements

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B business development or corporate sales
  • Experience in services industry preferred (HSE training, consultancy, HR services, training institutes, or similar sectors)

Skills:

  • Strong corporate communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and client handling abilities
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to convert leads into business through structured follow-ups
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Target-driven, confident, and professional attitude

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
