Business Development Executive!
Job type: Onsite – Full time
Timings: 10am to 7pm
Location: Lahore
Salary: 70k to 80k
Job Description:
1)Leverage Upwork, LinkedIn, fiver and other platforms to identify, bid on, and secure relevant business opportunities.
2)Bidding expertise on various marketplaces (for Software development, Mobile app development. designing, digital marketing (SEO)
3)Experience in writing Proposals.
4)Experience in interacting with international clients.
5)Lead Generation.
6)Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and engagement.
7)Represent our company in client meetings and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our services and capabilities.
8)Draft and submit comprehensive proposals on Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiver and other mediums ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and the clients' needs.
9)Carry out market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
10)Ability to handle the pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines.
11)Act as a liaison between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management
12)Identify market trends, gaps, and niches
Requirement:
1. Proven record of successful bids and client acquisition on Upwork, LinkedIn, fiver and others.
2. Familiarity with CRM software.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
4)1-2 years of experience encouraged to apply.
5)Perks includes: base salary + commissions.
6)IT background is highly preferable.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
