About Role:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to support growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and expanding value across existing client partnerships. This role blends business development, partnerships, and insurance advisory support, with a strong focus on execution, learning, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels with clear revenue generation impact.

Deeply Engage with existing clients' portfolio to create greater value through cross-selling insurance offerings tailored to their business needs.

Conduct market and client research to uncover unmet needs and opportunities while being able to capitalize on market shifts and trends.

Assist in developing business propositions and clients' solutions that align with Amanleek’s growth strategy and market opportunities.

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of partnerships and revenue generation.

Track and report on business development activities and outcomes, including pipeline, client expansion, and revenue impact.

Represent Amanleek at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, corporates, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
-
1–2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management (experience in insurance or financial services / fin-tech is a plus).

Strong interest and eagerness to learn about various insurance lines and how they serve business clients.

Excellent presentation and proposal creation skills in both English and Arabic.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

Resilience and persistence in follow-up, with a proactive approach to closing opportunities.

Ability to multi-task and manage an active business pipeline with multiple entities in parallel.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
