We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in B2B lead generation, data entry, web research, and CRM management. If you excel at identifying and building prospect lists, managing CRM data, and using advanced tools for lead generation, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, social media, and other online platforms.
• Build and manage prospect and contact lists tailored to business needs.
• Perform thorough web research and data collection for business development purposes.
• Manage and enrich CRM data using HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Support the team with email marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and reporting.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, data entry, and CRM management.
• Proficient in HubSpot CRM for data management, workflows, and automation.
• Expertise in tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, Seamless.ai, and more.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve challenges efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on lead generation and content creation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
