Business Development Representative

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Representative based in the Karachi East District. In this role, you will identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a sales pipeline, conducting outreach efforts, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting company services to prospective clients. The position also involves maintaining CRM data accuracy and tracking sales metrics to meet business growth goals.


Job Details:

  • Location: DHA 1, Main Korangi Road, Karachi Pakistan - Onsite
  • Job Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Mon-Fri)


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation to identify and develop potential client opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Sales abilities, with an emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in Cold calling, with demonstrated ability to strategize and drive revenue growth
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and sales closed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory
