Business Development Representative

Veclar Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your strong communication skills and expertise in US accent to effectively engage with potential clients and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in sales or business development and excels in customer outreach, lead qualification, and sales prospecting. As a Business Development Representative, you will own the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing. You will be required to approach leads through cold calling, and negotiate with prospects to convert opportunities into successful sales. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing departments to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers using sales prospecting techniques.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions while maintaining excellent customer interactions in the US accent.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and update customer data and track sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align outreach approaches and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to facilitate successful deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in call center environment.
  • Minimum education requirement is Intermediate.
  • Must have good communication skills with expertise in interacting with US clients.
  • Must be willing to work five (5) days in a week (Monday to Friday) from 06:00 PM - 03:00 AM PKT.
  • Must be willing to work for a long period of time.
  • Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad and able to commute to DHA Phase 1 Rawalpindi on a daily basis.
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to achieve sales target in order to maximum earnings in terms of base salary and commissions.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Veclar Technologies, we believe that your dedication should pay off and so we have a generous performance-based compensation structure as follows:

  • The ideal employee shall have a basic salary of PKR 80,000/-
  • If the 1st monthly sales target is achieved by the employee, the basic salary for that month will be raised to a maximum limit of PKR 150,000/- immediately.
  • If the 2nd monthly sales target is achieved by the employee, a fixed 15% commission shall be paid in USD for every sale after the 2nd tier. Moreover, all attendance deductions for that month shall be waived off upon achieving the 2nd tier.
  • If the 3rd monthly sales target is achieved by the employee, a fixed 20% commission shall be paid in USD for every sale after the 3rd tier.

Training and Evaluation:

The selected candidate shall go through a one week paid training period before they go into field. The training period is compulsory for every new candidate to ensure that they are well prepared and have sufficient product/service knowledge, negotiation, presentation skills, and guiding the client through the service packages into closing the deal. The trainee shall be paid a fixed training compensation of PKR 5,000/- for the 1st week of the training period followed by mock call clearance. After the clearance of mock call, the candidate will be required to perform a minimum of 2-3 sales in the evaluation phase (before the 1st month ends). The training allowance will be added to the payroll and paid with the first salary.
