About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive / Technical Lead Generation Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads within the domains of Digital Marketing Services and Website Design & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, and similar platforms to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Build and manage a sustainable lead generation pipeline to ensure consistent business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align lead generation strategies with marketing and sales goals.
- Research target markets, identify key decision-makers, and initiate contact through personalized outreach.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and performance insights.
- Maintain an updated CRM database with accurate prospect information.
- Work with management to refine lead qualification and conversion processes for optimal results.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation for Digital Marketing Services and Website Design & Development projects.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads with a total deal value of $200,000+ per year.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, or related CRM and prospecting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from a Tier-1 University.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, outreach strategies, and client engagement.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
