Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound outreach and passionate about sales and business growth. Common BDR responsibilities include lead generation, outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and cold calling.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
