We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with proven experience in international client acquisition through Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, and closing deals on freelancing platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer to secure new business opportunities

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term international clients

• Write compelling proposals, optimized profiles, and customized responses based on client requirements

• Communicate with international clients and understand their business needs

• Negotiate pricing, timelines and close deals efficiently

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

• Keep accurate records of leads, proposals, and successful conversions

• Proven experience in business development on freelancing platforms

• Strong proposal writing and client communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple bids and follow-ups simultaneously

• Results-driven mindset with strong closing skills
