Senior Sales Representative


Sales Leadership & Business Growth


  • Define and execute the overall sales and business development strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Own key strategic and enterprise accounts, leading high-value negotiations and long-term partnerships.

  • Drive market expansion by identifying new geographies, channels, and strategic opportunities for Sunhub’s solar solutions.

  • Establish and optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans for plug-and-play solar products.


Strategic Solution Selling & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide strategic oversight on solution design, ensuring customer requirements are translated into commercially viable solar offerings.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility, cost optimization, and timely delivery.

  • Guide sales teams in consultative selling by strengthening their understanding of solar systems, value propositions, and ROI-driven solutions.

  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from initial engagement to project handover, maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.


Market Intelligence, Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales strategy and product positioning.

  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline governance, and performance reporting to senior leadership.

  • Set KPIs, review performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.

  • Identify opportunities for new products, service offerings, and process improvements based on market intelligence and customer feedback




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

  • 5+ years of solar sales experience.

  • Proven track record in B2B/B2C solar solution sales.

  • Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and PV systems.

  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
