MKTechnotrons is actively seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a freshner in acquiring projects via freelance bidding portals and turning them into long-term business opportunities. You'll be instrumental in identifying prospects, crafting winning proposals, and managing international clients across regions like the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete bidding lifecycle across platforms including Upwork, Fiverr,Guru,PeoplePerHour and other freelancing platforms
Write and submit compelling business proposals, quotations, and documentation based on client needs
Coordinate with the Digital Sales & Marketing Manager to align strategy and goals
Generate leads through freelance portals, LinkedIn outreach, and digital prospecting tools
Convert short-term project wins into long-term, strategic client partnerships
Maintain communication and sales tracking via CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot
Stay updated on the company’s services, especially web and software development offerings
Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and solution-oriented service
Source and onboard new clients via cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and direct outreach
Qualifications & Skills:
Fresh or minimum 3 month internship can apply as well.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT,BBA or a related field
Strong command of platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru and other freelancing platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proficient in proposal writing, sales presentations, and contract negotiation
Familiarity with lead generation tools.
Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and highly organized
