Tasks

• Build and nurture relationships with health centres to onboard them onto the Hlthera platform.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and adoption among health centres.
• Collaborate with dynamic teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for partners.
• Analyze industry trends, identify opportunities, and propose innovative strategies to enhance Hlthera's presence.
• Represent Hlthera at industry events, conferences, and meetings to showcase the platform and forge valuable partnerships.
• Provide regular insights and performance updates to leadership, contributing to data driven decision making.

Requirements

• Some experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is preferred, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors, but a passion for healthcare innovation is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and build long term relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to solving complex challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, trends, and operations.
• A passion for innovation and the drive to create impactful solutions.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage, with additional languages being a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• MBA or postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare or technology industry is a strong advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Strong digital affinity and experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
