Role Overview
The Business Email Support Specialist will be responsible for managing email systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of business communication platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to support clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for business email systems and platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve email-related issues (configuration, delivery, security).

Assist clients with setup, migration, and integration of email accounts.

Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and international IT standards.

Monitor email servers and maintain system performance.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures (spam filters, encryption, backups).

Document support cases and prepare reports for management.

Deliver excellent customer service and training to end-users.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably with email systems.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with email security protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3, DKIM, SPF).

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.
