Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Growth Manager with 3+ years of managerial experience in international sales, particularly in Western markets (USA & UK), to join our Lahore office. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strategic mindset to lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies targeting USA & UK markets
- Drive sales of financial, advisory, accounting, taxation, and consulting services
- Own end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures
- Manage and scale business through Upwork and other freelancing / B2B platforms
- Identify and bid on high-value opportunities aligned with company offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior BD / sales resources where applicable
- Collaborate closely with delivery, finance, and leadership teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Track KPIs, revenue targets, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance and growth reports for management
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience in Business Development or Growth roles
- Proven exposure to international markets (USA & UK mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience in selling financial services (Accounting, Audit, Tax, Advisory, Consulting, or BPO services)
- Strong command of Upwork (profile optimization, bidding strategy, lead conversion, client retention)
- Experience with other platforms such as Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of international client expectations, compliance, and service delivery standards
