Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for tracker devices and related services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate and retail segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth installation and after-sales support.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team (if applicable).
Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.3–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in GPS tracking, automotive, or telecom industry).Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to develop business strategies and execute effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
