We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Intern Business Office Admin to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
- Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and proofing documents
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and offering assistance in person or over the phone
- Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and organizing files to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Bilingual skills are a plus for supporting diverse clients and team members
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills in a professional setting
- Ability to handle multi-tasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is beneficial but not required
