Role Overview This is a player-coach role. You carry your own vendor acquisition quota while managing our Pakistan-based team — sales associates, an SEO specialist, and a social media person. You also own hiring and HR for the Pakistan team. You report directly to the US-based founder daily.
You sell. You manage. You hire. You report. You are the founder's eyes and ears in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Personally call and message US-based wedding vendors daily
- Pitch JWW platform and convert vendors to paid plans
- Maintain your own HubSpot pipeline
- Hit personal target of 25 vendor onboardings per month
- Handle objections and follow up consistently
Team Management
- Run daily standups with sales associates, SEO specialist, and social media person
- Track KPIs for each team member and flag issues proactively
- Coach sales associates on pitch and objection handling
- Review SEO deliverables weekly — keyword targets, content output, backlink activity
- Oversee social media content calendar, posting schedule, and growth metrics
- Coordinate between sales and SEO to ensure vendor pages are optimized as vendors onboard
- Send founder a daily async update (3–5 bullets) via WhatsApp, Slack of Google Forms
- Deliver structured weekly team performance report to founder
Hiring & HR
- Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews for Pakistan-based roles
- Shortlist top candidates with written brief for founder's final interview
- Onboard new hires and align them with SOPs from day one
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and team discipline
KPIs
- Personal vendors onboarded per month (target: 25)
- Team collective onboarding target hit monthly
- SEO and social deliverables submitted on time
- Weekly reports delivered consistently
- Team retention — no avoidable exits in first 90 days
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales and team management
- Has managed a team for a US-based client or employer
- Fluent English — written and spoken
- Basic understanding of SEO — can read reports and identify underperformance
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush (reading reports minimum)
- Experience managing digital marketing teams (SEO and/or social media)
- HubSpot or CRM experience preferred
- Comfortable working 9 PM – 6 AM PKT consistently
- Reliable internet and backup power (UPS/generator) — non-negotiable
Compensation
- Base: PKR 100,000 – 130,000/month depending on experience
- Personal Sales Bonus: PKR 500 per vendor onboarded once 20 vendor target is met
- Team Bonus: PKR 5,000 – 10,000 when team hits monthly collective target
- Internet Allowance: PKR 2,000/month
- Realistic total: PKR 130,000 – 150,000+/month
