Job Title: Business Relationship Manager (Female Candidate Only)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview:

The role will be the primary point of contact for all brokerage companies and will be responsible for driving sales performance through the broker channel. The role focuses on achieving assigned sales targets, managing brokerage relationships, and evaluating broker growth to support the commercial success of the company’s real estate developments in Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for all RERA registered brokerage companies across the UAE.
  • Own and achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets through brokerage driven sales.
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with local and international brokerage firms.
  • Evaluate brokerage company performance, growth potential, and market reach.
  • Identify high performing brokers and implement growth, engagement, and incentive strategies.
  • Coordinate with Management, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams on inventory releases, pricing, commissions, and incentives.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and contractual agreements.
  • Support deal closures by facilitating communication, documentation, and approvals.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or brokerage relations within the

UAE real estate development sector.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through brokerage networks.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market dynamics including off plan properties
  • Ability to assess brokerage growth, sales effectiveness, and market penetration.
  • Established relationships within Dubai and UAE brokerage firms are highly preferred.
