🎯 Job Role: Business Support Officer (Right Hand to CEO)

We’re looking for a proactive, problem-solving Business Support Officer to join our team full-time in Jeddah.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily operations and deliver clear reports 📊.
• Handle customer communication (WhatsApp & calls) with top-notch service 💬.
• Work with IT partners to improve the app and fix issues fast ⚡.
• Explore new B2B opportunities and tenders to grow partnerships 🤝.
• Act as the CEO’s right hand—proactive, solution-driven, and hands-on.

This is a role for someone who loves challenges, thinks logically, and acts as if the business is their own.

✅ Requirements

• Based in Jeddah
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proactive, logical thinker, and solution-oriented.
• Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic pace of a startup.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Startup or tech environment is a plus.
