Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the procurement of finished goods from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with the manufacturers and suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules.
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries and proactively report product and material availability issues.
• Maintain MRP reports and contribute to the monthly sales and operations planning process.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in Oracle ERP system.
• Proactively provide supply status and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers, assuring required legal documentation is current.

The annual gross base salary range is $70,000 - $80,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience as a buyer preferably supporting supply chain processes.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience using ERP & MRP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and organization skills.
• Critical thinker and team player.
• Ability to work at our Lindon Utah Distribution Center in a hybrid capacity after 90 days of in-office training.
