Job Overview (JD):

We are looking for professional and energetic Call Center Agents to handle international calls for our US-based digital marketing and SEO campaigns. You will communicate effectively with clients, provide detailed information about our services, and support our marketing and sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally

Provide accurate information about our digital marketing and SEO services

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and calls

Collaborate with the team to achieve campaign goals

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

Previous call center experience is a plus

Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Professional, friendly, and client-oriented attitude

Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (Negotiable)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US-Based )

Working Days: 5 days a week
