Job Description:
Lumiere Sweets & Pastries is looking for dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer inquiries and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently
• Coordinate with branches regarding customer requests and orders
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency mandatory (Fluent in Arabic & English)
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Call Center / Customer Service
• Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree required)
• Local hiring in Kuwait only
• Transferable residency (Visa 18)
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
