Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatch Agent who understands the dynamics of the U.S. trucking industry. In this role, you will handle daily dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers, and secure high-paying loads while ensuring smooth execution from pickup to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations and scheduling for assigned trucks
• Find and book loads using platforms such as DAT and Truckstop
• Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize profitability
• Stay in constant communication with drivers to ensure timely updates
• Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in U.S. truck dispatching
• Solid understanding of load boards, lanes, and current market pricing
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment
