Call Center Agent (Freshers)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a high level of professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
  • Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures
  • Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills (for sales roles)
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
