Call Center Agent (UK)

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is one of the fastest-growing international digital marketing companies. We specialize in SEO and Digital Media Marketing campaigns for global clients, particularly in the UK and US markets. We are currently seeking a passionate and goal-driven Call Center Agent (UK Market) to join our team and contribute to our continued growth.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and proven experience in outbound cold calling for international SEO and digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective international clients, primarily in the UK market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report key sales metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Matric / O-Level / Intermediate.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Customer-focused, professional attitude with strong negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and target-driven work ethic.
• Experience in outbound sales or cold calling for international SEO and digital marketing campaigns preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• UK Campaign Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
