Call Center Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Night Shift
Salary: Starting from PKR 30,000/-

About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSR). In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice assisting our valued clients over the phone. You’ll handle outbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner. This is a great opportunity for freshers to start their career in the customer service and sales industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding our products or services.
• Listen carefully to customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve queries.
• Record customer details and interactions clearly in the system.
• Recommend or upsell products and services when suitable.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help customers.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new processes.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
