About the Role
Meta Voice BPO is looking for confident, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our expanding team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will engage potential customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates who want to build and grow a successful career in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with and convert potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, relevant information.
• Record customer details and call results accurately in the system.
• Promote and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-friendly attitude on every call.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
