Candidates with only Urdu communication skills and are not eligible for this job.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound & inbound calls professionally
• Resolve customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines to achieve targets
• Escalate complex issues to senior support when needed

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Willingness to work in night shift.

Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Fix Salary + Commission

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
