Call Center Representative

Position: Customer Care Representative

Timings: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls as part of the Frontline HR Helpline Desk.
  • Address and resolve employee queries from all over Pakistan.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous communication tone in both Urdu and English.
  • Ensure accurate logging, tracking, and follow-up of employee concerns.
  • Provide timely support and escalate cases when required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, HR operations, or call center support is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and deliver quality service.

Education:

  • Intermediate or bachelors
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
