Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Lahore. The representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to calls and messages, maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with account-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product-related information.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Representatives skills with a focus on providing excellent support and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and communication abilities to engage effectively with customers
  • Proficiency in Customer Support processes and operations
  • Basic Computer Literacy, including familiarity with standard office software and CRM systems
  • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach to resolving inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Previous call center experience is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or qualifications in communication or customer service will be beneficial
