Job Title: Call Center Representative (Night Team)

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our night team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Timings: Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Location: Madina Town, Faisalabad

Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound and outbound calls
● Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
● Manage customer complaints and provide proper solutions
● Guide customers about products and services
● Maintain call records and update customer data
● Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:
● Good communication and listening skills
● Basic computer knowledge
● Ability to work in a team
● Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
● Experience in call center or sales will be a plus
