Call Center Representative - Tyre Division

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Executive to manage our mobile service van sales, primarily focused on tyre change and related services. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer inquiries, schedule mobile service appointments, and ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience from call to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to tyre change services and mobile van operations.
• Manage and coordinate daily bookings, ensuring timely dispatch of the mobile service van.
• Accurately record customer details, service requests, and payment information in Excel and internal systems.
• Provide expert advice on tyre selection, availability, and pricing to customers.
• Support eCommerce sales through online inquiries and lead conversion.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for tyre stock availability and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain and update call logs, reports, and customer databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Multitask between customer support, data entry, and coordination duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a tyre call center or automotive service-related role.
• Strong tyre knowledge (brands, sizes, fitments, and service procedures).
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, reporting, and formulas).
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in eCommerce or online sales is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
