Call Center (Telephonic Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote the Keytaab digital learning platform.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Explain product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
• Prior telephonic sales or customer support experience will be a plus.
