Calling agent for Dme campaign

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced DME Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) verification, order processing, or customer communication. You will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, verifying patient information, insurance eligibility, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to DME services
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility
• Update and maintain patient records accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of DME calling experience (required)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Knowledge of DME products and insurance verification
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, etc.)
