Calling Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a Calling Specialist with a neutral or American accent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a confident and friendly phone presence.

You will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, engaging with clients or leads, and maintaining a professional image of the company during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound inquiries.
• Present company products/services clearly and effectively.
• Build rapport with clients and maintain strong follow-up communication.
• Record call details and update the CRM system accurately.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during all calls.

Requirements:

• Must have a clear American accent and excellent spoken English.
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales calling is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote roles).

Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM
