Camp Coordinator

Job Purpose

To oversee and manage company accommodation facilities and related services, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance with safety standards, and efficient support of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily camp and accommodation operations.
  • Supervise camp staff and ensure proper coverage.
  • Maintain administrative, attendance, and facility records.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
  • Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and support services.
  • Monitor budgets and control operational costs.
  • Prepare regular reports for management.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities when required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in camp, accommodation, or facility management.
  • Basic knowledge of QHSE standards.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
