Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional support to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities

• Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor patients’ health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates; report any abnormalities promptly.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of care activities, patient observations, and progress notes in accordance with care plans and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in light housekeeping tasks including cleaning living areas to promote a safe and healthy environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and family members to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including CPR, first aid procedures, and infection control practices for hospice or home health settings.

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with patient observation
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
• Knowledge of social work principles related to elder or disability support enhances your ability to deliver holistic care.
