Cashier/Customer Service

We’re looking for friendly and dependable Cashier / Customer Service Associates to join our team in Nashville. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing great service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit. As one of the first people customers interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

The Essentials

Location: Nashville, TN (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday / Weekend availability may be required depending on business needs

What Your Day Looks Like

In this role, you’ll help ensure customers have a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
• Handling cash, card, and digital payments
• Assisting customers with questions about products or services
• Maintaining a clean and organized checkout and service area
• Restocking items and helping with basic store tasks when needed
• Working with team members to keep the store running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience, but you should be reliable, approachable, and comfortable working with customers. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are key.

Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required. We value team players who stay calm during busy periods and enjoy helping people.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
