Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company into its next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, driving business development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing all operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead and manage all departments, including sales, operations, customer service, marketing, and finance.
• Establish a high-performance culture by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
• Represent the company at industry events, government forums, and partnership meetings.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings.
• Oversee marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Expand B2B and B2C customer base in local and international markets.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of international travel regulations, visa policies, and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage change and adapt in a dynamic, competitive market.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
