Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Supervising, training, scheduling, and evaluating stewarding staff to ensure they meet high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for all areas, including kitchens, dishes, utensils, and equipment, by implementing and enforcing proper procedures.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Monitoring and controlling stock levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other necessary equipment, and ordering replacements as needed.
  • Operational Support: Collaborating with culinary and F&B (Food and Beverage) teams to ensure smooth operations, especially during high-volume periods or special events.
  • Equipment and Interior Maintenance: Ensuring that all interior furnishings, equipment, and supplies are kept clean, tidy, and in good working order.
  • Reporting and Administration: Posting production records, taking inventories, and reporting shortages to management.
